I'm Megan, the photographer behind Taylor Quinn Creative and a real estate media partner for agents and property owners in Virginia Beach, Hampton Roads, and the D.C. area. As a former real estate agent, I understand how design, detail, and timing affect a listing the moment it goes live. I specialize in clean, natural real estate imagery (interiors, exteriors, and aerials) that helps homes stand out online and draw serious buyers through the door.
After years in places like Wyoming and Montana, I developed a strong eye for natural light, open space, and an authentic sense of place, and I bring that same approach to every property I photograph. Virginia Beach is home, and my husband and I are returning in December. I'm now booking Virginia Beach and Hampton Roads listings for December 2026 and continuing to serve Washington, D.C., Arlington, and Northern Virginia through November.
